Unlike many art consultancies and advisories, of which there are now many, often offering the same thing, Watson Evans Art owns the artworks we offer. These are pieces we’ve chosen carefully, because we believe in them. We’ve bought them with collectors in mind but truthfully, we’d be just as happy to keep them ourselves.
I stand behind every work we sell. I approach art the same way our clients do because as a collector, I understand the questions that arise when purchasing artwork:
Is it authentic? Is it in excellent condition? Is it fairly priced? Can I trust the advice I’m receiving?
I have asked those same questions myself and I am here to provide answers you can feel confident in. Of course, none of that outweighs the most important consideration: Do you love it? Art is about connection. It’s about living with something that brings you joy every day.
I also know that buying art is about more than the artwork itself. It’s about the experience. Need framing? I collaborate with some of London’s best framers. Not sure how to frame it? I can help and guide you with different options. Need installation? Absolutely, I will send expert technicians to hang your piece. Need delivery? Whether it’s across town or across the globe, I’ll get it to you safely and on time.
And finally, I know that collecting is a journey. You want to build a collection. A collection you can talk about with your friends and your family, that can grow with you over time.
