Vertical Rhythm

'Vertical Rhythm' is one of the rarest works from Terry Frost's later printmaking period. Issued in a small edition of just 75. it very quickly sold out on release and it is seldom seen on the secondary market. The composition exemplifies Frost’s distinctive visual language, with bold colour, dynamic forms and a strong sense of movement that animates the surface. The interplay of shape and rhythm creates a feeling of energy and spontaneity, almost as if the elements are in motion, making this a particularly compelling and sought-after example of his work.
