Eric Emerson was a dancer, actor and singer and close friend and collaborator of Andy Warhol in the 1960s. One of Warhol's so called "Superstars", he was part of the Pop artist's social scene at The Factory in New York. Emerson starred in several of Warhol's films, including 'Chelsea Girls' from which this still is taken.
